With over 17 years in the watersports industry and a passion for development he helps plot the ships course.
He is a multi-award-winning coach, holds several prestigious appointments from governing bodies, works with all programmes we offer and if you can’t find him either follow the noise or look for a man in a Pikachu onesie.
Karen Leslie – Office Manager
Started day one with the company previously employed by Edinburgh Leisure sailing school.
Her insight and knowledge within her role come from her passion for her local community to thrive.
She is not only the helpful voice at the end of the phone for customers but the engineer that keeps all the ships moving parts in good condition.
Jude Nicol – Assistant Centre Manager
With over 8 years’ experience in the watersports industry — and 18 years spent on the water — Jude is a windsurfer at heart and an avid sailor through and through.
A qualified windsurf coach, dinghy coach and SUP instructor, she also brings a strong racing background that has taken her to many places and shaped her calm, confident approach on the water. She works across our programmes, combining experience with energy and encouragement in every session.
If you can’t spot her, just follow the trail of her duck collection — they’re almost certainly involved.
Kathryn Ferguson – Activity Supervisor
Kathryn has a passion for all things outdoors. She has been sailing since she was 10 and has gained multiple watersports instructor qualifications over the years.
More recently she has been leading mountain biking and hill walking activities.
Amy Canfield – Marketing & Office Administrator
